Cancellation Policy
Clients who cancel less than 24 hours in advance will be Charged a cancellation fee
25% of the service cost
Example: $100 service = last minute cancel fee of $25
No call no show clients will also be charged 50% of the service cost
This includes Groupon clients as well as clients with holiday deals or promotions
Clients are permitted one Groupon per person NO EXCEPTIONS
No refunds No Exceptions
